Zuhair Ihsan Baalbaki
Biography
Zuhair Baalbaki is a prominent business executive with over 40 years of experience spanning manufacturing, trade, real
estate development, and investment across Syria, the Middle East, and Europe. Throughout his distinguished career, he has
played a pivotal role in driving industrial growth, diversifying business operations, and leading key expansions in the HVAC,
plastics, and construction materials sectors.
Currently, he serves as the Group's Syria Country Head and Director of Real Estate Development, where he oversees
strategic investments and spearheads the Relief Supplies and Emergency Aid division. Alongside his corporate
achievements, he is actively involved in philanthropic initiatives through the Ihsan Baalbaki Charitable Foundation.

• Chairman, Baalbaki Industries JSC (Focus: PU metal sandwich panels & building materials)
• Chairman, Baalbaki for Trade and Industry LLC (Focus: Relief supplies, emergency aid & trade)
• Managing Director, Baalbaki Properties LLC (Focus: Real estate investment in Syria)
Zuhair holds an Owner/Manager Program certificate from Harvard Business School (2015), an MBA (1985), and a
Bachelor of Business Administration (1983) from the American University of Beirut. In addition to his academic
degrees, his executive education includes specialized programs in Competitive Strategy at INSEAD (2010), Negotiation
Dynamics at the Amsterdam Institute of Finance (2009), and Families in Business: Transition from Generation to
Generation at Harvard Business School (2000)."
