Adib Mohamad Abou El Nasr El-Bassatne is a distinguished Lebanese business leader with over 50 years of regional and
international experience spanning engineering, construction, oil distribution, and real estate development.
Key Leadership Roles:
• Chairman & General Manager, BB Holding S.A.L. (2011–Present): Oversees a major family-owned holding company
with diverse investments in the energy and real estate sectors.
• Former Chairman-General Director, HYPCO (1990–2010): Led one of Lebanon’s premier oil distribution networks,
managing approximately 95 service stations.
• Executive & Engineering Career (1973–1989): Spearheaded major construction and engineering projects across
Lebanon, Oman, and the UAE.
• Diplomatic Service: Served as the Honorary Consul of Lebanon in Oman (1987–1990) and the Honorary Consul of
Nicaragua in Lebanon (1990–1995).
